There has been a long time debate among Christians and even non-Christians. Do Christians have to go to church? Do you have to go to church to be okay with God? There are so many different answers you can get to this question because the answer is usually someone’s opinion and based solely on how that person feels about church.
The truth is: If you are a true Christian, you will desire to go to church. You will see church as a safe haven where you learn and grow in the Lord. It will be a place for fellowship among other believers who can lift you up and pray for you. So the question really is: Why wouldn’t a Christian want to go to church?
Going to church means nothing is you have no relationship with Jesus. Many people think that is they belong to a church or go religiously, they will go to heaven and that God has some kind of attendance chart. The only way to get to heaven is faith in Jesus and that is all. The things that go along with that like, church going, baptism, mission trips, etc. are things that follow genuine conversion. These things do nothing for your soul on their own.
Many people have been hurt by people in churches therefore they do not go. We also get hurt by people at work, in school, and even in our families but we still go and contribute to these things. Church is a place of imperfect people just like anywhere else so there needs to be some responsibility to see past other people and know the greater good of being involved in church. Church is important for the Christian but there has to be faith in someone’s life as well.

Christianity is a belief that Jesus is the Son of God, sent to earth to die and save every person from his or her sins and eternity in hell. Jesus rose from the dead three days later and visited with His disciples and over 300 people claiming He had risen from the dead just as the Old Testament had prophesied.
People who are claiming to be Christians live by the Bible and try to live everyday to honor and glorify the Lord. Many times Christianity mixes with politics in different areas. Christians want to vote for the person who closely resembles their belief system. Politics can be hard for Christians because they believe in truthful and humble actions, which sometimes politics is far from.
When it comes to politics, Christians get very heated and worried about the people that get elected to help run their country. They want their country to follow God’s commands but many politicians are not very concerned about that. It is difficult to find a politician that follows God’s word in full and governs in that way. Christianity and Politics can have big differences. They seem to follow different rules of how life should look and be lived.
Christianity teaches to live a life that follows God’s Word and clings to the gospel in all areas of life. Politics usually live lives that are man centered and all about selfish ambition and vain conceit. When these two collide, they can cause quite a stir and debate. These two worlds debate constantly and seem to disagree about more than they agree with each other. Some Christianity and politics can seem closely related and maybe one day, they’ll fall in line together in perfect harmony.

Religion is something that people follow that is based on rules and culture. Christianity stands for having a relationship with Jesus, the Son of God. Many people debate whether these two are separate or different. Is Christianity a religion just like all the other religions or is it in a whole other box by itself. The answer is: Christianity is a religion but the religion does not save you.
Many other religions in the world teach that if you follow a set of rules or standards, you will be in a better place one day or have a happier life now and in the future. Christianity teaches that the only way to enter a better place (heaven), is to have a relationship with Jesus and believe and follow Him and His word. Christianity teaches that rules do not save you but the relationship does.
The reason Christians do live by God’s commands and standards is because they have the relationship and love Him. Following the commands come after knowing Him personally. Christianity is the only religion in the world that does not teach that actions save you and good deeds are useless if not linked with faith. Christianity is a religion that goes beyond the doors of rules, traditions, and culture.
It defines all of those by what Jesus did on the cross for every human being. He came, died, rose, and lives to save us from all sin. No other religion has a god that died for their people and is coming back to take them to heaven with them one day. Religion can be a negative word to many people but Christianity should not be. Christians should live and look like Jesus in all they do. That is the part that has nothing to do with religion.

Be sure to measure the space where you will be putting the hot tub so that you can make sure that they one you purchase will fit just right.

Everyone strives for it, everyone wants it, but not many people have it…what is it? A happy marriage! Having a happy marriage is up to you and your willingness to work at it. Marriage is not always going to be like the fairytales we have been programmed to expect, but if you are willing to work at it, it can be very close to that!
Many times people get married thinking that they are going to continue living in the fantasy land they had when they were dating. What they do not consider sometimes is the fact that real life can be hard. Bills will come, kids will come and things will get difficult at times. Have you ever seen your boyfriend sick, or have you ever seen all his bad habits? Once you marry you will find out all of each other’s little secrets. Some things will make you laugh and others will get on your last nerve. Generally people are already set in their ways before they get married even if they are young. This is because we are all individuals and we all do things differently.
If you keep in mind the little things that will come up and bother you and are willing to love your spouse no matter what, you will have a happy marriage. You must be willing to compromise and work on things together as a team. I would recommend if you are thinking about getting married that you have some form of premarital counseling so that you can get started off on the right foot. You will learn a lot about each other during these types of counseling sessions.

I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to electronic cigarettes for helping me to meet and marry the love of my life! I think since I had been smoking cigarettes for so many years and had spent a lot of those years alone, I had begun to think that no one would ever want to marry me. It has been a few years since the smoking ban in public places and this was taking a horrible toll on my social life. I would go out with friends and family and every time I had the urge to smoke I would have to go outside and be by myself or surrounded by other smokers who were less than attractive.
As you probably already know, smoking tobacco can make you look and feel a lot older than you actually are. This is what was happening to me, I was beginning to look as if I was about ten years older than I actually was. Try meeting a man when you stink of cigarettes and your skin and teeth look nasty as a result of them.

It didn’t seem to matter what time of the morning I left for work, or what time I tried to come home, I always seem to find myself stuck in traffic. This drove me crazy. There’s nothing I hate more than having to be stuck in the middle of car with nothing to do. Every time it happened, I found myself fantasizing about all sorts of life choice I could make, most of them very impractical, that would allow me to go through the rest of my life without having to sit in another traffic jam ever again. I was starting to really worry about my sanity.
One day, I was logged into my favorite online comfy bingo room and in the chat room complaining about the situation when one of my fellow bingo lovers suggested downloading a bingo app to my phone. I wouldn’t be able to do all the things I can do on my laptop, but I would at least be able to distract myself from the traffic jam and my frustration. My wife and I didn’t discuss my smoking much prior to getting married, mostly because neither of us thought it was a big deal. At the time I wasn’t really addicted to nicotine, smoking was only something I did when I hung out with the boys. When I was around my girlfriend who eventually became my wife, I really didn’t smoke that much.
It wasn’t until shortly after our wedding that things started to take a turn for the worse. Both of my parents got really sick, and my wife and I somehow ended up as their primary caretakers. This wouldn’t have been so bad but their health kept getting worse and worse and the strain was really starting to take a toll on me. I went from being a guy who maybe smoked a pack of cigarettes over the course of a month, to a guy who was practically chain smoking. My wife let me go on like this for a year before she laid down the law.
She pulled me aside and pointed out that not only was I eventually going to ruin my health, but my habit was taking a toll on our finances and it really wasn’t doing any good. Besides, she wanted to have a baby someday and she wasn’t crazy about the idea of bringing one into a house where one of the parents used one cigarette to light another.
I might have fought her more, but she had a point, and the truth is I kind of hated how much I was smoking. I thought that walking away from my cigarettes would be easy. I was wrong. As a result of all that chain smoking, I’d developed a nicotine addiction. I hated the idea of having to rely on quit smoking devices but I really didn’t see any alternative. I went online and started doing some research.

Our forefathers spoke continually about their faith and that they were Christians. They made all of their decisions based on the Bible and prayer. In the last few decades, Christians have changed the eyes of the world. Somewhere along the way, Christians started acting more and more like the world. Some people would even question is they were really a Christian is their life was no different than that of a non-Christian. This was so hard for people to understand. How can someone say they are a Christian but not live any differently? This is when all the confusion started. This is when people began to not understand Christians and the claims they made.
What has happened now is that people have religion but do not have Christ. They will do all the right things but their hearts are still far from God. Then you have those who claim to have surrendered their life to the Lord but have not changed their lives and look exactly like anybody else in the world.
People see these lifestyles and do not understand what exactly a Christian is and why the claim this relationship with Jesus with no change in their hearts. For many people, this is what stops them from coming to a life of Christianity. They do not see why they need it and therefore, do not seek after it. Christians look just like everybody else in the way the act, talk, and make decisions.
Christians should look differently because they should look more like Jesus. The Bible says that those who know Him will take up their cross and follow Him. This means they will give it all up, even the worldly things, in order to follow Jesus. This is not something that should be taken lightly. People should see Christians acting like Christians, and then if they still do not understand, God can bring clarity and wisdom to them.

Parents have the hardest job of all. Raising children can be difficult and wonderful all at the same time. Children require a lot of attention, patience, love, grace, discipline, and leading. They are the next generation and parents want to pass on all the wisdom and knowledge they will need to grow up to be incredible adults. A different kind of parent is a Christian parent.
Christian parents have the same devotion to their children except that devotion goes to Jesus first and then to their children. They teach their children the ways of the Bible and God’s commands. Instead of just telling the to be good people, they tell them that they are not good enough without the help of God. It is a different kind of parenting because it is directed at the heart instead of the action.
Christian parents teach much more about being obedient to God and His word. The first thing they want their kids to understand is to submit to God’s authority and then their authority. Submitting their wills to God first and then to parents is the priority Christian parents teach and want their kids to understand.
Christian parents see their children as a heritage and as arrows that are to be shot out when they are ready to influence the world for God. This is why there is so much emphasis on God and His word and how that is lived out in everyday life. Being a Christian parent can seem very hard and selfless but rewarding when the child grows up and follows the ways of the Lord. This is all worth it at that point.
